Shipping And Return Policy


Shipping

All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping by Noon PST ship upon receipt of funds. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day of receipt of funds. All orders withing the Continental United States will incur a 7.00 shipping charge. All orders over 100.00 dollars US will have complimentary shipping.

Claims & Returns

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the item being received. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. If an item arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Sterling Jewelry Stores will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Sterling Jewelry Stores and will only be issued if damaged items or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the item before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

In the event a carrier returns an item due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the customers bill and the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Sterling Jewelry Stores and any address correction fees.
