Your purchase will ship within one to two business days after we have received confirmation of your payment. Once your purchase is shipped we will provide you with the name of the carrier and a tracking number via the email you provided with your order.

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original condition and includes a copy of the original invoice.

Sterlingjewelrystores will pay the shipping cost for a return item only if the product is damaged or defective.
